Rules Of Poker
Poker is played with a regular deck of 52 cards without Jokers. It is pretty much a game of chance. Sure there are a lot of professional players out there but the chance is always the same for anybody to get the right cards or not. Before you sit down at a poker table make sure to read the sign next to the dealer which shows the minimum table limit. After you make the first minimum bet, five cards are dealt at first, face down, to each player. After this first deal the first round of betting starts. To stay into the game you have to make a bet equal to the highest bet made by one of the players. It is up to the player to decide which cards he wants to keep and which to throw away. You can hold or throw away as many cards as you like. After everybody on the table decides which cards they want to hold or discard, the dealer deals the same amount of cards to each player as they threw away. Then there is the last deal, which is followed by the betting round. After the final betting round there is a showdown. The hands of the players are compared. The player with the strongest hand is the winner.

About The Game Of Poker
Poker is a popular game throughout the world. It combines principles of card games known hundreds of years ago in Europe and probably long before that in the Orient, but in its present form it is distinctly of American origin. There are many variations of Poker, but they differ mostly in details and all follow the same basic principles. A person who has learned these principles can play without difficulty in any game. Poker is a game of betting as to which player holds the best hand. In most cases, best hand contains the five highest-ranking cards, but what is considered the best hand can vary in some types of Poker. In a High/Low Poker game, two players have the opportunity to win and split the pot. The player with the highest-ranking hand and the player with the lowest-ranking hand win. All bets made by all players go in a pile of chips in the center of the table, called the pot. No player can compete for the pot unless he or she is willing to meet the highest bet made by another player. Because of this rule, players are able to bluff and win the pot. Every player tries to win the jackpot. The pot can be won in two different ways. When all the bets are made by the players, they show down their cards. The winneris the player with the strongest hand. The player can make a very high bet, which will not be supported by other players. In this case other players have to fold and the player with the high bet is the winnerwithout showing his cards. Poker is played with a 52-card deck. The cards are dealt one at a time, clockwise motion (number of cards varies with game). .

Observe Etiquette At Poker Table
The winnerracks the pot and only then you can move another player's cards. You can touch or move the cards of other gamblers only if they permit it. You cards are safe if you put them face down on the table and put a chip on top of them. The dealer has to offer a cut of the deck to the player to his right. The player can cut, tap or pass the cut to the player to his right. If the player decides to tap it means that there is no need for cutting. If you answer your mobile phone in the middle of a hand it means that you fold your hand. Don’t take your cell phone with you or turn it off. It is not allowed to talk to other players involved in the game. You can be asked to leave the casino in the case of some profanity or obscenities from you. Shouting is forbidden. You can leave the casino anytime. You must hold the dealer and his job in respect. If you lose and think that the dealer is to blame, you are mistaken. It will be better if other players don’t see the cards you discard, so you’d better discard them on a low line of flight. Place chips as far forward as reasonably possible to make it easier for the dealer to scoop them. Don’t keep silent if you notice that the dealer or some player has made a mistake.
Poker History
The game of Poker is based on several games, but still nobody can say for sure what these games are. Poker can be based on one of the Chinese or Persian card games. According to some books and dictionaries the game came from France. China was the first country in which card games appeared, in Persia there was a game with 25 cards and 5 suits and in France gamblers began to use decks consisting of suits made from spades, diamonds, clubs, and hearts. The true origin of the game remains shrouded in mystery. In the USA the game of Poker originated from New Orleans and spread along the riverboats that traveled the Mississippi and Ohio rivers. In 1835 Poker was one of the most popular games and then it was different from the modern version of the game. Later, during the Civil War there appeared new variations of this game and they became very popular. Such Poker variations as Stud, Draw, Straight Poker appeared and they were played by millions of gamblers. During the Wild West period of United States history, a place where one could play Poker could be found in just about every town. Poker is a unique game as each player plays against other players, but not against the house. Poker has many variations, although the rules of play and strategy differ, the hierarchy of winning hands remains the same. Nowadays Poker is one of the popular and most played card games in the world.
